Winemaker's Notes
This wine was the result of one of the fortunate breaks of wine supply. We got the chance to add a block of nicely ripe clone 828 to our allotment of the 667 clone. We jumped on it and we were glad we did. The combination of the savory flavors of the 667 and the dark fruit and the unique floral nose of the 828 married beautifully in this wine.

"Slight rose, peanut skins, touch of grilled meats with chivy green herbs. Pure bright cherry with some tea notes on palate. Palate is super nimble, clean, with soft feminine structure. Hint of smoke that goes to a lemon/orange peel acid finish. Pine and rose on re-breath."
