2021 Velvet Bee Cabernet Sauvignon, Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara AVA. This is a blend of 77% cabernet sauvignon, 15% merlot, and 8% cabernet franc. We barrel-aged for 18 months on 50% new french oak.
The wine shows its pedigree of the Happy Canyon AVA for amazing Bordeaux varietals. It delivers intense cherry and raspberry fruit with a good backbone of minerals and earth. The wine is 14.34 % alcohol by volume.
